Comfortable and conveniently located hotel near a park, shops, and restaurants. Excellent staff and decent breakfast. Tastefully refurbished rooms with a nice attention to detail. Clean and welcoming with a firm yet comfy bed. Lovely decor and pleasant public areas.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the trendy decor and the friendly staff. The hotel has a section with 7 rooms that are beautifully decorated and well-maintained. The eating areas also have a stylish flair. The location was perfect for me, situated in a pleasant area with good transport links. I was able to easily explore the surrounding attractions.
The only downside I found was that the hotel was a bit further from certain attractions than I had anticipated. However, the hotel staff were helpful in providing alternative transportation options such as buses for reaching those places.

The hotel's location in an upmarket area near to Richmond park is perfect for those who enjoy walking and exploring the outdoors. The hotel also offers convenient parking, allowing guests to leave their cars and easily walk or take the tube into central London. The staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast included in the price was delicious and the room wasnice and neat, with all the necessary amenities provided.
